Amazon PPC & Account Management Partner For Large Agency (Private Label FBA | Long-Term)
WHO WE ARE We’re a fast-growing Done-For-You Amazon FBA management company working with private-label brands across multiple categories. We’re expanding our internal operations and looking for experienced Amazon PPC freelancers or agencies to help manage post-launch Amazon FBA accounts. This is not a one-off project. This is an opportunity for stable, ongoing work with clear systems, defined scope, and room to grow What You’ll Be Working On You’ll be managing live Amazon FBA products that are already launched and stocked. Your focus is execution and optimization — not setup. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Amazon PPC management (Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands) • Daily monitoring of ad spend, sales performance, and account health • Bid, keyword, and campaign optimization based on performance data • Budget pacing and efficiency control to maximize ROAS • Amazon Seller Support case creation, follow-ups, and resolution • Inventory monitoring, restock alerts, and stock-level forecasting • Coordination with manufacturers and suppliers for inventory reorders • Communication with manufacturers regarding production timelines and order status • Logistics coordination for inventory reorders and inbound shipments to Amazon • Professional client updates, support, and communication via Slack • Weekly performance summaries and monthly P&L reporting CURRENT WORKLOAD We currently manage ~20–25 active Amazon FBA accounts in post-launch phase, with additional accounts entering management monthly. • Accounts are already live • Work is predictable and systemized • No product research or launch setup WHO THIS JOB IS FOR • Experienced Amazon PPC freelancers / agencies • Operators comfortable managing 20-50 FBA accounts • Teams who value clarity, structure, and long-term work ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE • Hourly engagement with a hard monthly cap • Clearly defined scope of work • Weekly reporting (hours + account-level activity) • Output and performance matter more than hours logged • 30–60 day initial engagement with potential to extend PLEASE INCLUDE • How many Amazon FBA accounts you currently manage ( If any ) • Whether you are a solo freelancer or an agency • Maximum number of FBA accounts you can manage on a monthly basis • Are you SPN Verified Yes or No?
