Amazon and Multi-Channel Operations Expert
We are looking for a high caliber Operations Associate at Steidland Brands. Steidland is an expert E-Commerce reseller that specializes in branded footwear and apparel on Amazon and other major channels. We need someone whose experience and skills will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality products with excellence and efficiency. Position: Operations Associate Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: • Listing Creation: Develop and manage product listings with precision to ensure our offers are accurately represented and optimized for visibility and conversion. • FBA Shipment Creation: Coordinate and create Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) and multi-channel shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to Amazon warehouses and customers, adhering to their guidelines for preparation and documentation whilst most importantly ensuring cost control. • Inbound Shipment Reimbursements: Monitor and manage the reimbursement process for inbound shipments that require compensation, ensuring all claims are processed adequately and resolved in a timely manner. • Operational Excellence: Contribute to the overall operational practices by optimizing processes for speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Uphold and implement standards of quality control and efficiency improvements within the team. • Ensure consistency and accuracy in product data, attributes, and categorization across marketplaces. • Communicate clearly and concisely across multiple suppliers, 3PLs and team-members The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in managing large product assortments and listing nuances as well as case management on Amazon and other online marketplaces. Qualifications: - Proven track record in operational management and efficiencies. - Strong understanding of FBA processes, FBA requirements and Amazon's seller platforms. - Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive Problem solving skills Core Competencies: - Operational Excellence: Commit to maintaining and enhancing our operational systems and processes to ensure high performance across all functions. - Cost and Processing Efficiencies: Develop strategies to minimize costs and optimize process efficiencies, enhancing profitability and stakeholder value. - Speed and Accuracy: Deliver timely solutions with precision, ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and promptly. Qualifications • 3+ years experience in Amazon Seller Central (FBA replenishments, listing creation, ASIN management, case logs, reports). • Experience with other marketplaces (StockX, GOAT, SHEIN) preferred. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems and 3PL WMS a must. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
