Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Team Lead to join our dynamic team at American Airlines. As a key member of our Base Maintenance Group within the Integrated Operations Division, you will oversee a team of Team Leads and mechanics, driving excellence in our high-speed maintenance organization.
