We are looking for a Senior Manager in AI Native Engineering to join us in transforming data into actionable insights and scalable solutions. As part of that, you'll sit side-by-side with clients and diverse teams from EY to create a well-rounded approach to advising and solving challenging problems, some of which have not been solved before. Responsibilities • Enhancing data pipelines and storage to ensure data is clean, accurate, and optimized. • Monitoring and optimizing learning processes to improve high-performance models. • Collaborating with data and analytics professionals to industrialize analysis into actionable solutions. • Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships daily. • Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics. • Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business or Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning. • Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. • Minimum of 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles. • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience directly managing technical teams and/or consulting teams. • Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using Databricks and Microsoft Azure. • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in driving business value. • Ability to clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve data systems and solutions. • Willingness to travel to meet client obligations. • Strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership and project management experience, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive successful outcomes. Nice-to-haves • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams. • A proven track record in client engagement and relationship management. • Experience in managing change and driving innovation. • Experience in leading business or IT transformation projects that have supported data science, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and cloud applications at scale. • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards related to AI ethics, privacy, and data protection. • Working experience with Agile and/or Scrum methods of delivery. • Working experience with design-led thinking. • Microsoft and Databricks applied experience, badges, and/or certifications in the Data & AI domain. • A deep understanding of various AI concepts and the ability to educate others on their application. • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or other quantitative fields.
