Job Summary As an Aetna Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our plan members. You will respond to inbound calls, address questions and concerns regarding prescription coverage, medication, and mail-order pharmacy services, and provide solutions to improve their healthcare experience.
