Advisor II, Global Marketing Strategist
Job Description: • Serve as a strategic thought partner on approaches for priorities donor relationships. • Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that position CRS as a trusted and innovative partner for institutional donors, foundations and multilateral organizations. • Write, edit and produce high-quality content including capacity and positioning statements, briefs, pitch materials, concept notes, factsheets, talking points, project overviews and success stories for priority stakeholders. • Collaborate with Institutional Engagement and Global Programs to translate technical program achievements into compelling, donor-focused materials that demonstrate impact and value. • Produce high-quality marketing materials that support priority objectives, including long-term campaigns and urgent needs. • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity across all institutional donor materials, including proposals, pitch decks, impact reports, and visual storytelling assets. • Partner with Policy and Government Relations to align marketing materials with advocacy priorities and global positioning goals. • Coordinate with the Content & Creative Studio and other G-REM teams to ensure aligned messaging and storytelling across channels. • Establish systems that improve and sustain communications capacity across regional and country offices. • Provide support to the Manager II, Global Marketing in the production and strategizing marketing materials reflecting agency priorities.
