Job Summary As an Entry Level Account Manager at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales team, account managers, and clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets. Marketing and Sales: Conduct presentations to potential consumers, directly informing them of our clients' products, services, and new sales promotions to drive revenue. Collaboration and Communication: Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages. Problem-Solving and Analysis: Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Learning and Development: Participate in daily meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge. Observation and Feedback: Observe and learn from senior account managers by taking detailed notes and applying best practices. Business Operations: Grasp company goals and daily processes of operations by working in different departments to gain perspective in all entry-level customer service, sales, and marketing divisions. Requirements and Qualifications Education: Currently enrolled in college in a bachelor's degree program or graduating with a degree in Business Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study. Experience: Experience in leadership roles, sales, customer service, or marketing is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
