Role Overview: As an Account Executive at AlohaABA, you will own the full sales cycle for small and mid-size ABA clinics, serving as a trusted advisor from first conversation through close. You will balance inbound and outbound sales efforts, lead thoughtful discovery, and deliver consultative software demos that clearly connect client challenges to AlohaABA’s value. Success in this role requires strong organization, relationship-building skills, and a customer-first mindset, as you guide prospects through contracting while maintaining a healthy, accurate pipeline and delivering an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do • Own the full sales cycle, closing small and mid-size ABA clinics • Manage and convert inbound leads while proactively pursuing outbound opportunities • Run consultative software demos that connect client pain points to AlohaABA’s value • Lead discovery, qualify prospects, and guide clients through contracting • Maintain a strong, organized pipeline and accurate forecasts • Build lasting relationships with stakeholders from individual contributors to executives • Serve as a trusted business partner, ensuring an excellent client experience What We’re Looking For • SaaS sales experience (healthcare or ABA preferred • Strong discovery, demo, and closing skills • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deals • Customer-focused with a consultative mindset Apply tot his job
