They are seeking an Account Executive who will drive revenue growth by qualifying leads, engaging decision-makers, and managing the sales pipeline effectively. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by leveraging inbound motion and creating new opportunities through outbound efforts Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by managing the sales pipeline and advancing deals Collaborate effectively with teammates in revenue-driving and retention-supporting positions Skills Ability to adopt a consultative approach and listen to prospects to understand their requirements Empathetic and capable of building relationships based on trust Proven ability to identify and address objections or concerns raised by prospects Strong negotiation and closing skills Proficiency in written and verbal communication Experience with CRM management (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) Data-driven and organized when using a CRM Ability to effectively manage a deal through appropriate stages Experience in revenue generation and acceleration Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals Experience in collaborating effectively with teammates in revenue-driving and retention-supporting positions Benefits Stock options Benefits All of our brag-worthy culture perks Company Overview Trainual is a software platform that helps businesses build playbooks to train and grow their team.
