Please note: Only candidates located in Southern California who is bilingual in Korean and English will be considered for this role. Position: Sales Call Center Rep Location: Remote (Must be located in Southern California) Pay: $23/hour Experience: • 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or healthcare, including administrative support or exposure to the sales cycle. • 1–2 years of customer service experience involving direct interaction with customers, clients, or external partners; hospitality experience is a plus. Education: Active and Valid, Health and Life Insurance License is preferred. Type: Part-time; Temporary Schedule: 20-hour work week between Monday - Sunday, 8:00am to 6:00pm HB Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Sales Call Center Rep who is bilingual in Korean and English to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: • Answer inbound sales calls from prospective members interested in a Medicare Advantage plan. • Provide professional, empathetic, and patient assistance to a diverse range of callers. • Capture comprehensive and accurate notes in the CRM (Salesforce) to document the caller's information and questions. • Meet or exceed established performance metrics for sales, call quality, and productivity. • Possess the knowledge of plan benefits, eligibility requirements, provider networks, and prescription drug formularies. • Act as a resource for brokers, ensuring they have the information and support required to effectively sell our plan. • Provide accurate and timely information regarding plan benefits, enrollment procedures, and sales materials. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the broker portal, including login problems and application status inquiries. • Research and resolve commission-related questions and discrepancies, collaborating with the commissions department as needed. Position Requirements: • Must be able to read, speak, and write Korean. • A genuine desire to help and support both potential members and internal partners (brokers). • Ability to handle complex and sometimes sensitive inquiries with patience and understanding. • Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve. • Positive interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines and regulations is preferred.
